Slurry Pump Lining
The product is driven by an electric motor. Before starting the pump, the pump and suction pipeline are filled with slurry. As the impeller rotates at high speed, energy is transferred to the slurry through the blades. At the same time, due to the centrifugal force, the slurry rapidly moves from the center of the impeller towards the outer edge, completing the conversion of mechanical energy to liquid energy. Through the diffuser at the outlet, the slurry’s kinetic energy is converted into pressure energy, generating the pump’s pressure head. Meanwhile, this process creates a relative vacuum at the center of the impeller, allowing the slurry to continuously enter the pump chamber under the influence of external pressure, completing the slurry transportation.
