Wear-Resistant Rubber Lining

Hydrocyclone Lining

Under pressure, the slurry enters the shell through the feed pipe along a spiral direction, performing rotational motion inside the shell. Coarse or denser particles in the slurry, subjected to greater centrifugal force, move to the periphery of the rotational flow and are finally discharged through the bottom settling nozzle as settled sand. Fine particles, experiencing relatively lower centrifugal forces, remain at the center of the rotational flow and move upward with the liquid flow. They are eventually discharged through the overflow pipe as overflow.
